Progress Report

I tried a couple of workout programs in the last few months, just for motivation sake and to change it up. I've keep Venuto's book handy to refer back to the basic truths which actually work. I've also kept working at my exercise plan based in Venuto's recommendations.

I've been able to continue to lose weight and body fat, and increase my scores on my bi-annual physical readiness test for the military. Even through the holiday season I was able to maintain my weight (if you knew my family, you'd know this is a miracle) and BF%.

Venuto's book, still can't be beaten for basic common sense and life skills for health of anything I've tried or read.
